Cranberry Bliss Bars

2 eggs

1 tsp almond

2 cups flour

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 cup chocolate

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/3 cup craisins

Frosting & Toppings

8 oz cream cheese room temp

1 1/2 powder sugar

1/2 tsp almond flavoring

2 Tbsp oatmilk

1/3 cup craisins

1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

Combine dry ingredients

Add wet ingredients

Stir till well mixed

Spread dough into a lightly greased or parchment lined 13×9 pan

Bake at 350 for 15-25 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.

To make frosting

Combine cream cheese, sugar,?almond flavoring and oatmilk with a hand mixer or a fork until smooth. Put in fridge until bars are baked and cooled

Removed bars from 13×9 once cooled, I cut it in half so I could removed it without breaking. Frosted it and topped with dried cranberries and white chocolate chips. Then cut them into triangles,

Repeat with the remaking half in the 13×9. These turned out sooo delicious and I feel like they’re very festive and a fun alternative to traditional holiday treats.
